I know I have babbled on about how much I love the warmer weather in the last few posts but here I go again! I love that it is finally summer here in Colorado. I don’t make too many drastic changes to my makeup routine throughout the year but I do add a few new products in as the seasons change. I have been loving the way my makeup looks lately so I thought I’d share with you all the bits I have been slapping on my face!
Vita Liberata beauty Blur: I have been going without foundation lately and just putting this on in Latte Light. It offers a beautiful glow, light coverage, and blurs out imperfections. I apply with a BeautyBlender or my fingertips. It’s so quick, easy and I love the way my skin looks.
Nars Laguna Liquid Bronzer: This scared me a bit because it is completely liquid. However, just like the cult favorite Laguna powder bronzer, this is the most beautiful bronzer and I now love the liquid formula! It is so perfect for warmer days and i find it stays on much longer than powder bronzer. I use 2-3 pumps on a synthetic brush, dab where I want the color then blend/buff in.
Nars Orgasm Blush: This has been in my collection from the very beginning. This blush was one of the very first high-end beauty products I ever purchased. I love this blush and have had it in my collection forever. I had completely forgotten about it until the weather warmed up! It pairs so nicely with a tan and gives a beautiful healthy glow.
Hourglass Vanish Flash Highlighting Stick: Love, Love, Love this. So pretty, subtle yet glowy. Again, I am really enjoying cream products this year. This is so easy to apply, I swipe it on my cheekbones then tap it in with my fingers.
Mac Soft Brown: I have kept my eyes super simple lately. I either go completely bare with just mascara or I blend this into my crease and all over the lid. This gives my eyes just a bit of dimension and it is a perfect no fuss eye look.
Chanel Le Volume: This is my favorite mascara I’ve ever used. This gives my length, definition and volume. I finished one tube, tired a different mascara and had to go right back out to purchase this again.
YSL Volupte Tint-in-Balm: I absolutely love this. I just recently purchased this and it has quickly become my favorite lip product. It is a balm with a tint to it which gives your lips amazing hydration and a beautiful wash of color. This will be on my lips and in my handbag all summer!
